The Sarsen Trail is a unique walk through the landscape of Wiltshire. The route starts at historic Avebury and finishes at Stonehenge, crossing Salisbury Plain - an area usually closed to the public. Choose to walk 11, 15 or 26 miles, or you could run the full or half Neolithic Marathon. You can also run as part of a Relay Team.

A 10km moonlit walk for women, from Marlborough or Swindon to Barbury Castle. Hundreds of women from across the community served by Prospect Hospice are being asked to pull on their walking boots on the night of 10th May to support the Hospice’s work, and celebrate the lives of lost loved-ones.

A scenic one lap route across the Wiltshire Downs, along Wansdyke and through Avebury Stone Circle.

The 2008 Marlborough Downs Challenge will be held on Saturday 17th May. There are two distances; the Long Course is 33 miles. The Short Course is 20 miles and is the UK Trail Running Championship event.
