Art Galleries- Morgan Boyce Gallery

Morgan –Boyce Gallery was launched in Marlborough in 2005 with the aim of bringing British contemporary art to a wider public. It has gained a reputation for being the place for identifying young and new talent still at affordable prices. It has been highlighted by The Week magazine as ‘the place to buy’.

The gallery is headed by husband and wife team Adrian and Chantal Morgan-Boyce. It holds a number of exhibitions each year as well as exhibiting at art fairs across the UK, New York and Europe. The aim is to bring art from the length and breadth of Britain and abroad to Marlborough. The gallery has 50 artists on their books, from emerging talent to internationally acclaimed artists, including painters, sculptors and ceramicists. The work is carefully sourced and considered prior to being exhibited.

Exhibiting artists include Jill Tweed, Anna Simmons, Toby Wiggins, David Cobley, Helen Simmonds and Charlotte Cornish. There is also an extensive portfolio of work for those interested in investment pieces. These include work by Sir Terry Frost, Anthony Frost, Victor Pasmore, Sandra Blow, Bridget Riley, Victor Vasarely, Barbara Hepworth, and more recently Banksy and Damien Hirst.

Morgan –Boyce gallery will launch its new web site in Spring 2008 featuring details of all the gallery’s exhibitions and art fairs.
